Madelyn finally lost her umbilical stump on Jan. 17th. Mommy and Daddy were happy because she was finally able to get a real bath and start wearing cloth diapers.
At first Madelyn seemed to enjoy her bath
Towards the end she started to get tired and cranky All wrapped up All swaddled and in Daddy's arms
All ducked out and ready for bed Daddy's hand and Madelyn's hand
Madelyn is very good at getting her fingers in her mouth. She sucked on her right thumb for about 5 minutes on Jan. 21st (3 weeks old). Daddy chats with his girl just before he swaddles her Madelyn plays Hudini and breaks out of her swaddle She will need a pony tail holder before long
It snowed, so Madelyn got to put on her snowsuit and play in the snow. It was very bright outside so she had to close her eyes. Madelyn's first snow angel She wasn't sure what to think about the experience
Mommy and Daddy had my room already for my arrival
Grandma Freidenberger made the growth chart for Mommy when she was a baby. Mommy painted clouds on the ceiling of Madelyn's room
