Grandparents visit

Grandpa and Grandma Freidenberger and Great Grandpa and Grandma Freidenberger came to visit March 24-25. It was great to see them. Unfortunately Madelyn was sick with a cold and pretty fussy.

Tummy Time

Madelyn is not a big fan of tummy time. It's a stretch to get 3 minutes in before the crying begins. She does like it better if she is propped up.

Madelyn will be 9 weeks old on March 3. She now smiles and "talks". She's more fun every day. She had her 2 month check-up on Feb. 27 and she weighed 10 lbs 12 oz (50th percentile) and was 23" long (75th percentile)

Aunt Suzette hosted a shower for Melinda and Madelyn. We had a great turnout and Madelyn got lots of great stuff!
On our trip Madelyn got to meet lots of relatives for the first time.

Madelyn is getting bigger every day. She'll be 6 weeks old on Sat. Feb. 10. Mommy and Daddy weighed her on the bathroom scale and she's almost 11 pounds. She's outgrowing her newborn sized clothes. She is getting more alert, responsive, and even smiles more. It's so nice to get a smile that isn't followed by gas :)
