We drove to Moab and spent a night. We had the chance to do a little hiking at Arches National Park.

Grandma Marks and Uncle Tony visit

Grandma Marks flew in from Ohio and Uncle Tony came from El Paso to see us. Grandma hadn't seen Madelyn since she was 6 weeks old.

We drove down to Gateway, CO and went through the car museum. They had just had a car show and this one was in the parking lot waiting to go home. Michael decided that this is what he wants for Christmas.
For a belated Mother's Day gift, we rented a limo and went wine tasting. We all had a great time!

Madelyn's first haircut

Madelyn's baby mullet had turned into a rat tail. It wasn't totally noticeable since it had some natural curl to it, but we decided it was time to go. You can see how long it was compared to the rest of her hair.

Madelyn wanted to put every bow in her hair that she could find. We thought she looked like an old lady with curlers (don't worry, we didn't take her out in public like that)

We had a new fence installed and Michael made a hut for the irrigation pump with the left over pickets

Madelyn's favorite word right now is "Uh-Oh." We are trying to teach her that if you purposely drop something it's not an "uh-oh" it's a "no-no."
