On Dec. 8th we got more snow than we have ever seen in Grand Junction. School was actually shut down. It took 6 weeks to melt because it was sooo cold.

The next morning as Xavier napped, Madelyn and Mommy went outside to play in the snow. Madelyn just wanted to shovel it. Eventually she sat in it and played some, but she didn't want to lay down and make a snow angel. It was too powdery that day to make a snowman.
She did have fun!
